Subscription cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Access normally continues until the end of the current paid period and the subscription will not renew.

Refund requests

If the service did not work as described or a charge was made in error, contact shasapelino@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge with the account email and transaction details. Requests are reviewed according to applicable consumer law and Paddle’s buyer support process.

Usage already consumed

Refund eligibility may be reduced where substantial AI credits or other metered services have already been consumed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
